The appeals court of Azerbaijan rejected the appeal of the former Minister of State of Nagorno Karabakh Ruben Vardanyan regarding the extension of his restraining order. Ruben Vardanyan of Azerbaijan was illegally arrested by the authorities in September 2023. He was charged with trumped-up charges in Baku.
