RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a condolence message on the death of Nikolay Tsaturyan. The message says:
"I was deeply saddened to learn about the death of the RA People's Artist Nikolay Tsaturyan. Nikolay Tsaturyan's creative path is one of the best manifestations of the combination of life and work, for years he served the Armenian theater art with exceptional dedication.
His role and merit in the cultural life of Armenia, in educating and forming a new generation of Armenian theater is invaluable. He was not only a master director, but also a devoted educator who passed on his rich experience and knowledge to generations, forming a unique taste for theater and cinema, and the theatrical paintings he created, "Apricot Tree", "The hours of your life", "And three chairs fell in the sky", rightfully enriched our theater culture. At the same time, I would like to emphasize the role of Nikolay Tsaturyan as an intellectual, who spoke sharply and truthfully, constantly raising the issue and issues of concern to the people.
On behalf of the RA Government and myself, I express my deepest condolences to the family, relatives, colleagues of Nikolay Tsaturyan, as well as to all the fans of Armenian theater art.
