"The newly elected head of Sisian, 32-year-old Hovsep Arakelyan, who was elected as the head of the community on October 24, made an "important" decision yesterday: he presented an honorary degree to his uncle Karen Ivanyan, who is the head of staff of the Sisian community hall, on the occasion of the Social Worker's Day.
Let's remind that Arakelyan became the head of the community after Sisian's "sayer" Karen Hambardzumyan from the CP decided to change his previous protégé, the former head of the community Armen Hakobjanyan, for disobeying him.
First, Hakobjanyan was forced to resign, then the CP members of the Council of Elders elected Arakelyan, who used to work as a courier."
