On May 8, at 1:15 p.m., the Gegharkunik Regional Operational Management Center was alerted that an accident occurred on the 10th km of the Martuni-Gavar highway. the help of rescuers is needed.

One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene.

It was found that "Mercedes-Benz" and "GAZ" cars collided. Five victims were hospitalized.

The rescuers cut off the power to the cars and closed the valves of the gas cylinders.
