Artsakh cultural heritage ombudsman, vice-president of "Azkayin" historical and cultural NGO Hovik Avanesov warns that the bell tower dedicated to the Armenian Genocide was destroyed in occupied Stepanakert.
"The bell tower dedicated to the Armenian Genocide located in the Stepanakert memorial complex, built in 1915 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, was destroyed by the dictatorial regime in Baku, and this, in parallel with the forum that started in Yerevan," he said.
According to the Ombudsman, the satellite photos testifying to the incident were published a few hours ago.
