Ararat Mirzoyan highly appreciated the cooperation of the Department of Eau de Saint with the Tavush region


RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan met with the head of the French department of Aude de Seine. The interlocutors discussed issues related to multi-layered bilateral partnership between Armenia and France, including decentralized cooperation. Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that Armenian-French relations are effectively developing in a number of key areas, at different levels and formats. Emphasizing that the economic development and capacity building of the border regions of the Republic of Armenia are among the priorities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Minister Mirzoyan highly appreciated the cooperation of the Department of Aude de Seine with the region of Tavush and the contribution of Georges Sifredi. Ararat Mirzoyan also presented yesterday the consequences of floods in the northern regions of Armenia, including Tavush region. The head of the RA foreign political department added that parallel to the political dialogue at the high level, programs are being implemented, which are aimed at strengthening the resistance of RA in general, as well as ensuring tangible results for the beneficiaries of specific programs. In this context, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Department of Aud de Saint referred to the current programs of decentralized cooperation and the prospects of further expansion.
