On April 13, at 12 o'clock, an emergency call was received from the 112 operational control center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that there was a person stabbed in Mrgashen village of Kotayk region.
As the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed, operative groups of different units of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the mentioned place. It was found that Artur Avagyan, a resident of the same village, died from his injuries.
Measures are being taken to find out all the circumstances of the incident.
