On April 2, a major and tragic car accident took place in Kotayk region. At around 11:20 p.m., "Mercedes" cars collided head-on in the Charentsavan administrative area of the Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan highway.
As shamshyan.com reports, as a result of the accident, 1 person died on the spot, 3 people were taken to "Charentsavan" medical center with various degrees of injuries.
Due to the fact of the accident, criminal proceedings were initiated in Charentsavan's investigation department, where the identities of the car owners, drivers, the deceased and the injured are revealed.
On the instruction of the investigator, the cars are moved to a special area guarded by the Charentsavan police department.
