Today, April 1, a tragic incident took place in Kotayk region. Around 21:30, on the 128.5 km section of the Ijevan-Sevan-Yerevan highway, 66-year-old Narses M., a resident of Kotayk region, lost control and crashed into the concrete barriers of the bridge with his VAZ 2101 car.
Shamshyan.comaccording to the report, the duty group of emergency doctors of "Abovyan" medical center promptly arrived at the scene of the incident and recorded the death of the driver on the spot.
The rescuers took the victim out of the car using special equipment.
As a result of the accident, criminal proceedings were initiated in Abovyan's investigative department.
