During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated in connection with the incident of hooliganism on Abovyan street, public criminal prosecution was initiated against two persons, and the prohibition of absence was applied as a preventive measure.
About thisMakaryan Newsis informed by the Investigative Committee. We are talking about the incident that took place in the "Martini Royal" cafe on Abovyan Street, when Gevorg, the son of Aram Aramyan, one of the owners of the "Zovk" supermarket, and the grandson of the sister of Samvel Aleksanyan, the owner of the "Yerevan City" supermarkets, got into an argument over Samvel Aleksanyan's granddaughter.
The latter, by the way, are the son and daughter of the sister of Artur Harutyunyan, the founder of the largest company selling mobile phones. The Investigative Committee did not tell us about which of the participants a public criminal prosecution was initiated against, which side's representatives were banned from being absent.
We wrote that after the incident, the dispute between young people had already moved to the field of adults, and the owner of "Zovk" Aram Aramyan and the owner of "Yerevan City", former MP Samvel Aleksanyan got involved in the case, but they did not come to a common denominator. We were told that Aleksanyan did not forgive the behavior of Zovki Aram's son towards his sister's grandson. As a result, thieves in law and criminal authorities both from Armenia and outside Armenia intervened in the matter in order to reconcile the parties.
In particular, Shakro Molodoy, a thief in law living in Russia (at the request of Arami Aramyan), and Nodar, a thief living in Ukraine, whom Samvel Aleksanyan appealed to, tried to settle the issue. Also, Armenian thieves got involved in the matter, and although, they say, Samvel Aleksanyan punished the son of "Zovki" Aram in the presence of others and thus a relative "ceasefire" was established, but it is not as if he forgave the opposing side or reconciled with them. Moreover, we were also told that Samvel Aleksanyan, probably on purpose, bought the area of Northern Avenue where the "Zovki" branch currently operates on a lease basis, which, by the way, was recently closed for several days by the decision of the Investigative Committee and did not operate.
It should be noted that the incident happened more than a month ago, and surprisingly, no information about it appeared in the press. They said that the parties, especially the owners of "Zovk", have tried to shut the mouths of potential speakers and to make sure that there is no noise and that the issue does not get a public voice.
Even the law enforcement system, with its "own" media, tried to cover up this topic so that no one would know, although many people in the city are aware of the incident.
