Kadyrov awarded his daughter with a medal

The head of the Republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, presented a medal to his eldest daughter Aishat for strengthening "cultural and friendly relations" between Chechnya and the "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR).
