The flight of 56 RA citizens in Thailand was canceled or delayed. RA MFA

As of March 7, the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Thailand (seat: Beijing) has information on 56 citizens of the Republic of Armenia who are in Thailand for tourist purposes, whose flights have been canceled or delayed. The RA MFA informs about this.

In the earlier days of the aggravation of the situation in the Middle East, the number of citizens who contacted the RA embassy was 72, on March 6, 16 of them already left the territory of Thailand to return to Armenia through the territory of China. One citizen has already bought a ticket for the Bangkok-Shenzhen-Urumchi-Yerevan route on March 13, other citizens are also considering this option.

The Embassy of the Republic of Armenia and the Office of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia located in Bangkok are in contact with the Thai authorities in order to clarify the amount and mechanisms of support to be provided to tourists as a result of the cancellation of flights by them and to convey the relevant information to the citizens of the Republic of Armenia.

At the same time, the possibilities of organizing the most convenient and fast transportation of RA citizens are being discussed with various airlines. The embassy and the office of the honorary consul are in constant contact with the RA citizens in Thailand in order to find possible solutions regarding the organization of their return to Armenia.
