60 foreign citizens, including Turks and Azerbaijanis, were deported from Georgia.


Employees of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia expelled 60 citizens of different countries from the country last month based on the Georgian law "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons". The information is distributed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to 1tv.ge, according to the agency's data, some of the citizens of foreign countries voluntarily left Georgia, and some were forced to leave the country as a result of the measures taken by the employees of the Migration Department.
"On the basis of the law of Georgia on the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons, a total of 60 citizens of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, India, Turkmenistan, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Iraq, Nigeria, Jordan, Algeria, and Egypt were deported from the country.

Among the evicted are also persons who have engaged in various anti-social activities on the territory of Georgia," the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia informed.
