On February 15, an argument and fight took place in Aararat marz. Around 5:20 p.m., the Masis Department of the Main Department of the Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information that a fight was taking place in the adjacent area near the roundabout of Aintap village, in front of the swimming pool called "Mermaid".
How?reportsphotojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, thanks to the operational and investigative measures taken by the officers of the Masis police department, they found out that around 5:00 p.m., 24-year-old residents of Ararat marz, Garnik V. and 23-year-old Narek M., had an argument about domestic issues with 41-year-old Sevada, residents of Ararat marz, who arrived in the said area in a "BMW X 5" car. M., 16-year-old A. M., 15-year-old A. H., 18-year-old Vanush H. and 17-year-old A., a resident of Kotayk region. K., during which driver Sevada M. dragged Garnik V., then A. H. hit the head of the latter with a stone in his hand, causing bodily injury, after which Garnik V. fell to the ground and all the persons who got out of the mentioned car, showing open disrespect towards society, kicked the latter and Narek M. with hooligan impulses, causing physical pain.
C. According to Shamshyan, Garnik V. and Narek M. were taken to the "Masis" medical center with their injuries.
On the facts of the incident, documents were drawn up in the Masis department of the police, which were transferred to the Masis investigative department of the Ararat regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.
