During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings being investigated in the Lori Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found that on May 19, 2025, GM and MA made a false alarm at the medical center and after the emergency personnel left, they entered the reception of the given medical center and robbed the payment terminal.
Then, the latter moved the terminal outside the fence of the company's territory and gained access to the wallet of the terminal through the use of technical means, stole a large sum of 1 million 439 thousand 900 AMD and divided it among themselves.
In addition, on June 21, 2025, G.M. and A.N., taking advantage of the fact that the window of the hospital room of another medical center was open, illegally entered there and complementing each other's actions, took the payment terminal and ran out of the hospital, after that, damaging the payment terminal with the use of technical means in the medical center, stole the amount of AMD 447 thousand 700 and applied escape.
As we reported earlier, during the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated in the Lori Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee regarding the case of armed robbery, G.M. was wanted.
During the preliminary investigation, G.M. was found and presented to the body implementing the proceedings.
A public criminal prosecution was initiated against the latter under Article 252, Part 3, Clause 2 (robbery), Article 335, Part 1 (illegal trafficking of firearms, their main components, ammunition and other materials, devices, objects), Article 253, Part 2, Clauses 1 and 2 (robbery) and Article 254 with clauses 1, 3 and 4 of part 2 of the article (theft).
Arrest was applied to G.M. as a preventive measure.
The criminal proceedings were sent to the supervising prosecutor with an indictment.
