On February 4, a car accident took place in Kotayk region. Around 1:30 p.m., the "Mercedes Sprinter" number 311 serving the Yerevan-Vardenis route and the "Dodge" car collided at the beginning of the "Chaini" curves of the Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan highway.
As shamshyan.com reports, as a result of the accident, 2 people were taken to hospitals with physical injuries.
The first to help the wounded were the citizens and the emergency team of the "Abovyan" medical center, which promptly arrived.
Due to the fact of the accident, criminal proceedings have been initiated in the investigation department, where the identity of the drivers and the injured are revealed.
An "Opel" car was found at the scene, the driver of which, according to the gathered citizens, allegedly created an emergency situation. The investigators are investigating that moment.
