Argument and fight: in Yerevan, a group of young people beat up a Russian citizen in the "Gadyuka" bar.


On January 1, an argument and fight took place in Yerevan. Around 05:40, a resident of Yerevan called the Marash Department of the Community Police Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and reported that at around 05:35, he and his friend, Russian citizen Yevgeni, were at the "Gadyuka" bar on Vardanants Street, where a group of people rudely violated public order, shouted curses at them and beat Yevgeni.


As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, the duty group of the Marash Police Department arrived at the mentioned place, headed by the duty officer responsible for the day.

Documents were drawn up in the Marash department of the police regarding the incident, which were transferred to the investigative department of the Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts of the Yerevan investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.

According to Shamshyan, on January 8, as a result of the measures taken by the officers of the Marash Police Department, it was found that the said act was committed by 20-year-old Karen G., 25-year-old Hovsep S., 24-year-old Vanik K., 24-year-old Azat G. and 25-year-old Paruyr E., residents of Kotayk region. The latter was found on the same day and was arrested and taken to the Marash Police Department on suspicion of committing hooliganism with the VAZ 2121 car he was driving, and the car was taken to a specially guarded area of ​​the police department.

Officers of the Marash police department are taking measures to identify the other participants.
