European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and US President Donald Trump plan to meet next week in Davos to discuss Ukraine peace talks, the Spanish newspaper El País reported, citing EU sources.
It reminds that the World Economic Forum (WEF) will take place in Davos this year on January 19-23. The participation of Vladimir Zelensky is also expected. The speech of the President of the European Commission is scheduled for January 20, and the meeting with Trump is supposed to be scheduled for the next day, the publication notes.
Von der Leyen has been extremely cautious in his statements regarding Greenland in recent days due to concerns in Brussels about a possible end to US support for Kiev.
