"Suren Papikyan published a photo about the attestation process in the army. This particular picture is about Serial Preparation Exam. This picture caught my attention because there are 3 officers, all 3 with different hats, uniform belts, boots (the 2nd one is noticeable).
Of course, these officers are not to blame for that, the situation is the same everywhere. I hope they passed their certification exams. Also, I'm sure that some people will be told that this year there will be new uniforms and so on. Maybe, but the army uniform has been discussed for 5 years, which seems to be a technical issue, but it has been dragging on for years.
It is possible to imagine more serious, complex, substantive changes and their course."
