The Verkhovna Rada building was left without heating and water supply

The building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was left without heating and water after Friday's explosions in Kyiv, Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak said on Friday.

Kyiv authorities previously reported that the Left Bank of Kyiv was partially without power, subway services were limited, and electric transportation was replaced by additional buses. Later, problems related to heating were registered in nine regions of the capital of Ukraine.

"In the Rada, at least in the committee, there is neither heating nor running water. I think there is still electricity," Zhelezniak wrote on his Telegram channel.

Ukraine's DTEK energy company announced on Friday that it will introduce emergency power outages on the left bank of Kyiv, while blackouts on the right bank will continue as scheduled.
