During the reign of the 3rd President of RA Serzh Sargsyan, Azerbaijanis could not even dream that Shushi and Hadrut would come under their control.
Let's remember the victorious 4-day war of 2016, as a result of which Ilham Aliyev said that he was being forced to recognize the independence of Artsakh behind closed doors. During Serzh Sargsyan's rule, Aliyev would rather see the skull than Shushi.
Along with the brilliant victory of our army during the April 2016 battles, Serzh Sargsyan used all diplomatic potential, preventing Azerbaijan's terrorist steps and ensuring international support at the level of PACE, Minsk Group, international community and international press.
The same Turkey, which criticized Azerbaijan during Serzh Sargsyan's time, now, under Nikol Pashinyan, is proud of controlling Artsakh.
During the reign of Serzh Sargsyan: 1. The society would be strong and united2. Army strong and stable climber3. High-level diplomatic work would be done on all international platforms. 4. Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora unity would be preserved."
