Yesterday, on December 31, an emergency happened in Yerevan. Around 17:40, operational information was received that a citizen was taken to "Heratsi Named No. 1" University Hospital with a stab wound.
As reported by a photojournalistGagikShamshyan, the doctors informed that the injured is in the operating room and is unable to explain what happened.
While the doctors were fighting for the wounded man's life, which they managed to do, the criminal police found out that the wounded man was 49-year-old Yerevan resident K. It is Marutyan who was taken to the hospital with a diagnosis of "a cut-puncture wound in the left half of the chest".
At the moment, the criminal police are finding out where the stabbing took place and under what circumstances K. Marutyan was stabbed.
According to the photojournalist, the injured person has a known criminal record.
