The Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that on December 28, at 14:22, the crisis management center of the Lori regional rescue department received an alarm that a gas cylinder exploded and caught fire in one of the houses on the 16th street of Shirakamut village.
Three combat units from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene.
It was found that a gas cylinder (20 kg) explosion occurred in the kitchen of one of the houses on the 15th street of Shirakamut village, causing a fire.
The fire was isolated at 15:15 and extinguished at 16:08. The closed balcony of the house (about 45 square meters) with the property, the kitchen with the property and the wooden structures of the roof partially (about 55 square meters) were burnt.
