Did Kyaramyan electrocute the activist?

The head of the Investigative Committee, Argishti Kyaramyan, referred to the journalists' question whether the claims of the activist Tigran Arakelyan, that the Chairman of the Central Committee "drained him with an electric shock" are true.

Answering the question, he denied the claims of the activist.

"Actually, this issue has been discussed for a long time, and it is not only that person. In the same procedure, if I am not mistaken, several other persons have given similar reports in the CC, and a criminal proceeding was examined in the Anti-corruption Committee regarding it, which was terminated."

In a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly, Kyaramyan also referred to a publication, according to which there was a struggle during the meeting with the parents of the fallen servicemen, and he grabbed the collar of the parents of the fallen servicemen.

"I will say something related to that: there is a video recording, we didn't think it was appropriate to publish that video recording, but it is, that room of ours was video recorded, materials were prepared about it in the National Security Service, the investigator came, examined the video recording, and was surprised."
