According to the inspection carried out by the employees of the environmental protection and subsoil inspection body at "SEVANI ISHKHAN" PJSC, it was found that for the small fish factory, water is being taken illegally from the natural springs of Karchaghbyur, Gegharkunik marz, without a water use permit.
According to the decision of the head of the Gegharkunik territorial department of the inspection body, the illegal use of water was suspended.
A report on the apparent crime was submitted to the RA Investigative Committee with the materials of the administrative proceedings.
