"I can't say one step forward, two steps back, four steps forward, it's the process that is going on," said Araik Harutyunyan, head of the Prime Minister's Office, referring to the question of making progress in the Pashinyan-Aliev Kazan meeting.
According to Harutyunyan, the Armenian side sees an opportunity to agree on the disagreed points.
Regarding the question of the precondition for the return of Armenian prisoners held in Baku, Harutyunyan said.
"I don't want to talk about preconditions, because in any negotiation, when preconditions are set, it does not lead to a very good place."
According to Harutyunyan, any peace agreement is good when there are compromises.
"When there are only concessions, they are not effective," he said and said that attempts will be made to complete the three non-agreed points.
