NATO has announced on social networks that it is creating a new sports camp for the armed forces of Ukraine, which is located in the forests of southeastern Poland.
"Deep in the forests of southeastern Poland, Ukrainian soldiers are undergoing intensive training in a new camp created by the Norwegian army with the support of seven other NATO allies," the publication notes.
Since 2022, NATO countries have been training Ukrainian servicemen within the framework of the Alliance-coordinated NSATU and Comprehensive Assistance Package programs, as well as the Alliance's national courses.
The exercise takes place at training grounds in Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries, involving infantry, artillery and air defense personnel. According to the EU Council, as of December 2025, allies have trained more than 85,000 Ukrainian armed forces.
