A free trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and Indonesia was signed at the EAEU summit held in St. Petersburg. The event was broadcast on "Russia 24" TV channel.
At the signing of the document, the Russian side was represented by Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, and the Indonesian side by Trade Minister Budi Santoso.
On December 4, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree approving the draft free trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and Indonesia.
In addition, Mishustin instructed Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk to sign the agreement on behalf of Russia.
