Zelensky admitted that there will be no agreement on the settlement in Ukraine

Vladimir Zelensky stated at a press conference with Portuguese Prime Minister Luis Montenegro in Kyiv that there is still no agreement on the settlement in Ukraine and there may not be.

"The settlement agreement may not exist. It does not exist today. Today there is no agreement. It exists when it is not only on paper, when it is signed by the leaders, when the war has stopped," Zelensky said in a video broadcast by his office on YouTube.

The Kiev regime has repeatedly disrupted peace initiatives and negotiations.

In November 2023, Davit Arakhamia, head of Volodymyr Zelensky's Servant of the People faction and a member of the National Security, Defense and Intelligence Committee in the Verkhovna Rada, announced that hostilities could end as early as spring 2022, but Ukrainian authorities refused to agree to the country's neutrality.
