The negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in the capital of Turkmenistan, which lasted for almost an hour, have ended, reports the correspondent of "RIA Novosti".
The talks took place in Ashgabat, where the Russian leader arrived to participate in the forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, the International Day of Neutrality and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.
The meeting between Putin and Pezeshkian started at 12:10 Moscow time and lasted about an hour.
In the open part of the negotiations, the leaders discussed the cooperation between the two countries and referred to the implementation of the North-South transport corridor project.
