The permanent representatives of the EU member states have agreed on the imposition of new sanctions against Russia, European media reported on December 10. According to their data, in particular, it is planned to impose restrictions on nine individuals and legal entities related to the transportation of oil from Russia.
In addition, 43 more ships will be included in the sanctions list. According to European media, the sanctions will, among other things, concern the Valdai discussion club. After the sanctions are approved by the EU permanent representatives, they must be approved at a higher EU level.
Then they will be published in the official journal of the EU.
