President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev gave a speech at the "Cultural heritage and the right of return" held in Baku. at the 3rd international conference on the theme of "restoration of the cultural heritage of Azerbaijanis deported from Armenia as a way of justice, reconciliation and peace".
As APA reports, Aliyev's message was read by Adalat Veliyev, the head of the relations department with political parties and the legislative body of the President's office.
Aliyev once again spoke about the so-called "Western Azerbaijan" community and its rights, allegedly including people affected by deportations and massacres.
