The number of victims of the fire that broke out in one of Hong Kong's residential complexes has reached 146. This was reported by the city police on November 30.
"At 16:00 (local time, as of 12:00 Yerevan time) the fire that broke out in the Van Phuc Court residential complex took the lives of 146 people," the police said in a statement.
A fire broke out in a 32-story eight-building residential complex in Wan Phuc Court District, Tai Po District on the afternoon of November 26.
There were 2,000 apartments in the residential area, where more than 4,600 people lived.
