In the negotiations, the head of the Ukrainian delegation, Andriy Yermak, was appointed the secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov. The decree was signed by Volodymyr Zelensky.
Eight more people are included in the delegation. The delegation is tasked with negotiating with international partners the US, Russia and Ukraine for a "just and lasting peace".
