Andrey Yermak resigned a day before his planned visit to Miami, which was planned for negotiations with the team of US President Donald Trump, reports Axios.
"Two Ukrainian officials said Yermak's resignation came a day before his scheduled trip to Miami to negotiate a peace plan with President Trump's team," the report said.
According to sources, Yermak was expected to arrive in the United States with several advisers to President Vladimir Zelensky and hold talks with Trump's special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner before visiting Moscow.
