In the case of the murder of a 3-year-old child in Tsapatagh, a new criminal proceeding regarding the beating was added to the criminal proceedings against the child's father, Armen Ovanesov. Maksintfo writes about this.

The allegation of physical abuse refers to violence against the child's brother. In particular, one of the brothers of 3-year-old Tigran also received injuries on his face on the day of the incident.
Let's remind that on November 2, the body of 3-year-old Tigran Ovanesov was found in the middle of the field near Tsapatagh. They were looking for the child since October 27. There were traces of violence on the child's body, including on the head. According to the version of the body conducting the proceedings, the child was killed by the father by strangulation, and apparently, the murder was witnessed by the child's brother, who had a speech problem, but showed his neck in the conversation with the participation of psychologists. A criminal prosecution was initiated against the child's father under the 3rd, 5th and 9th points (murder) of Article 155, Part 2 of the Criminal Code, the man was arrested.
It should be noted that according to the Minister of Internal Affairs, the child's father moved the body to the places where "combing" works were already done. The man said that the incident took place over domestic issues.
