Europe wants the conflict in Ukraine to continue. Orban

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has stated that European countries seek to prolong the conflict in Ukraine, while not wanting to bear the financial costs of supporting Kiev. This statement was made after the emergency EU summit, where the American plan for solving the Ukrainian crisis was discussed.

"After today's video conference, I can say one thing for sure. The European Union wants to continue the war, but it has not a penny to supply Ukraine with military equipment, not a penny to finance Ukraine's operations, and it has no idea how to get that money," Orbán said in a video message broadcast on M1 TV.

European Council President Antonio Costa chaired an informal meeting of EU leaders in Luanda on Monday to discuss Ukraine, which Orban attended remotely.
