At the initiative of the "Civil Agreement" faction, the parliament will convene an extraordinary session on October 31 at 1:00 p.m.

On the agenda is the draft law on making an addition to the law "On Military Service and the Status of Servicemen", which was authored by CP faction MPs Andranik Kocharyan and Armen Khachatryan. The draft provides an opportunity for retired military personnel to enter the service and receive both the pension and the salary.
