The public perception of the state largely depends on the public perception of the employees of the state bodies. it is through us that the citizen relates to his state, and his relations with the state are his relations with each of us, his relations with our collective. In this context, all employees of all state bodies are equal. Along with the principle of separation of powers, employees of state bodies are interconnected by collective responsibility, and their collective work predetermines the quality of the state, the quality of life of the state's citizens and the population, the quality of relations between the state and the citizen," Nikol Pashinyan specifically noted.
