Poland demands that Belarus extradite two Ukrainians suspected of the railway bombing, the spokesman of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maciej Wivur, told reporters.
"Yesterday, the chargé d'affaires of Belarus was handed a note demanding the extradition of two Ukrainian citizens suspected of sabotage," Vevur said.
On November 16, the police of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship of Poland reported the damage to the railway line leading to Ukraine. On Monday, Tusk announced that the damage was caused by an explosion.
On Tuesday, he announced that, according to Polish investigators, the railway sabotage was carried out by two Ukrainian citizens who had gone to Belarus. Tusk claimed that these citizens allegedly cooperated with Russia, but did not provide any evidence.
