On November 18, at 8:20 p.m., while conducting a service on Kapan's Factory street, Syunik Marz patrols stopped a "KamAZ" truck for inspection, which had about 22 cubic meters of lumber in its body.
However, the driver, a resident of Tatev village, submitted an expired document, without a note on the type of wood and only for 20 cubic meters.
The truck was moved to a special area protected by the Kapan Division of the Community Police.
The prepared documents were transferred to Syunik Marz Investigative Department.
