Chinese company Alibaba is providing technical support to the Chinese military for "military operations against American targets," the Financial Times reported, citing a November 1 memo from the White House that it obtained access to.
"Alibaba is providing technical support to the Chinese military to conduct military operations against American targets," the paper said in a statement.
According to the publication, the White House document includes declassified "top secret" intelligence about how a Chinese group supplies the Chinese military with materials that "threaten US security."
