According to the list of standards ensuring the implementation of the technical regulation 015/2011 of the Customs Union "On grain safety" and the corresponding GOST-technical conditions in force in the RA, the samples of wheat imported from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan are handed over to the "Republican Center for Veterinary, Sanitary and Phytosanitary Laboratory Services" under the supervision of the Food Safety Inspection Body. In the SNOC, they were subjected to qualitative examination according to mass fraction of protein, amount of gluten, moisture and sensory (color, smell) indicators.
According to the results of the laboratory examination, the sample of the Russian Federation corresponds to the 2nd class wheat, and the sample of the Republic of Kazakhstan corresponds to the 3rd class wheat.
