In the police news reminder, in particular, the operation of the vehicle will be prohibited if 1) light passenger cars and trucks with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tons are not fitted with winter tires, 2) the residual height of the winter tire pattern for operation in icy or snow-covered road conditions is 4 millimeters or less during traffic in the specified road conditions.
For the violation of the stipulated requirements, there are measures of administrative responsibility.
