US President Donald Trump will host Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman al-Saud at the White House on November 18, Reuters reported on November 3, citing a Washington administration official.
According to the publication, the crown prince will visit the United States at a time when Washington is pressuring Riyadh to join the Abraham Accords. The White House has not yet officially announced the visit.
The agency did not provide any other details. The US administration has repeatedly emphasized that it is trying to ensure that Saudi Arabia, first and foremost, joins the Abraham Accords.
The Abraham Accords were signed between Israel and a number of Arab countries in 2020-2021 with the mediation of the US.
