On November 2, Mother See in Holy Etchmiatsin, H.S.O.T.T. On the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the enthronement of Karekin the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, a Patriarchal wish was made at the end of the Holy Liturgy. According to the accepted order, the cabinet of the holy parts of Skevra was also taken out for the worship of believers. This is reported from the Mother See.
Diocesan leaders of the Armenian Church, members of the Supreme Spiritual Council, congregants of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and pilgrim Armenians were present at the sacred ceremony.
The liturgist was the congregant of the Mother See, Fr. Archbishop Najarian of Haykazun.
In his sermon, the liturgical bishop congratulated the Armenian Patriarch on the anniversary of his consecration and enthronement and referred to the spiritual, cultural, educational and church-building activities and numerous achievements of His Holiness, wishing for an unshakable pontificate for the brightness of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, for the comfort of the pious people and for the strengthening of the Motherland.
Then, on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the consecration and enthronement of the Patriarch of All Armenians, a Patriarchal wish was made in front of the Holy Table of the Descent, presided over by the Director of the Department of Foreign Relations and Ceremonies of the Mother See, His Excellency Fr. Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan.
Those present raised a prayer to God for the steadfastness and brightness of the Patriarchate of All Armenians, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, as well as for the good health of His Holiness, long life and long reign.
