As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, Arthur M. said that in addition to the above amount, he donated 2 kg of silver worth 1 million drams to Armen A. in order to make silver belts for the spiritual servants of the "Gndevank" monastery complex and utensils for the church, but all the drams and silver he donated did not serve his purpose, but were appropriated by him.
Documents were drawn up in the Jermuk police department regarding the incident, which were transferred to the Vayots Dzor regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.
