Let us remind you that Arman Babajanyan lost to the ARF in court. Personally, in one of his speeches, Arman Babajanyan called the party "a force known for its terrorist past, which has decided to wage partisan battles against the state." After this announcement, the ARF filed a lawsuit against Arman Babajanyan, which was accepted.
According to the court's ruling, Arman Babajanyan was obliged to deny and apologize to the ARF for discrediting and defaming the latter's reputation, spreading false information about the party in his public speech and accusing him of terrorism, however, he has not fulfilled the decision for more than three years.
ARF members have regularly raised the issue of Babajanyan's non-fulfillment of the verdict, moreover, they have expressed concern that A. Babajanyan has not only avoided fulfilling the court's legally binding judgment regarding the Dashnaktsutyun since 2021, but also continues his slanderous nature and behavior, this time calling names and linking the Dashnaktsutyun with October 27. However, it turns out that the verdict in the ARF case is not the only one that Babajanyan did not fulfill.
The latter also refused to comply with the verdict in the case of Khosrov Harutyunyan, by which he was also obliged to deny the slander, as well as to pay compensation.
