Why is Lipo of KP making a noise? In the "Civil Contract" they are very confused. They are also restless. The cause of concern is the Vagharshapat elections. That's why maida was taken out by various lipos. So one of those lipos, the designated leader of Aygeshat, got mixed up.
And he did the right thing, because during his term of office, 20 hectares of reserve lands of the village were sold. Filling the staff of the village administration with his friends, Lipo did other "heroes" as well. How can he not worry after all that?
He understands very well that if "Mother Armenia" comes to power, all this will be addressed. Everything will come to the surface.
