The Turkish armed forces continue to communicate with foreign partners on the issue of establishing a working group monitoring the maintenance of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
"Communications with our partners regarding the creation of a working group in the Gaza Strip continue.
The Turkish armed forces continue their preparatory work in coordination with the relevant government bodies and, as one of the sponsors of the ceasefire agreement, continue diplomatic and military consultations with other countries," Defense Ministry sources told reporters in Ankara.
The department also noted that the recent "Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip are a clear violation of the ceasefire."
